WORKSHOP | This is bobbie's sauerkraut from the old country revamped! In this kosher session I give a brief introduction to sauerkrauts and perhaps also a basic pickle (which is not fermented). I will lead you through making a sauerkraut — choosing ingredients, chopping, weighing, salting, and packing into jars, which you will take home and leave to ferment. You will come away armed with confidence to make and create sauerkrauts of your very own to bring a wow factor to your next Shabbat dinner.
