Out loud: LGBTQI+ experiences in the Jewish community

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule, view media, leave feedback and see who's attending!

What's the experience of being LGBTQI+ and Jewish in Australia? Our panellists — from differing Jewish backgrounds and religious upbringings — share their thoughts around expectations, conflicts and what it means to be part of the community. How bound up are these distinct identities? How sensitive or insensitive are communal institutions? And has the experience changed for the better in a post-marriage-equality-vote Australia?
